Taking some few minutes each day reflecting on what I'm grateful for. This helps me shift away negative thoughts and improve my mood.

I've made a conscious effort to eat healthier and exercise more. I've also learned to be more organized and to set more manageable goals. These changes have had a significant impact on my quality of life.

 I have ever been in the worst zone of my life,growing up poor and I almost didn't have anything. Not much money, it was even so hard to buy a piece of cake. One day, I watched a video and it made me think that I should start from a small step or a small piece to build something new. I was broke and I realized that I didn't have much knowledge. So, I decided to read more and started watching the motivational videos. Then, I realized that I have a big passion for helping children or students who might be struggling with Math. It was started from home through the Whatsapp application. Step by step, I started learning how to help them with basic knowledge and step by step up to the advanced level. My education business kept growing since the students had got a good grade. In business, it goes up and down but I got to stay focus and positive to improve my service. What I have learned from this experience, there is nothing comes big easily but it would be started from a small piece or step to become big or even bigger than ourselves.

Small and impactful changes which made my life more brighter as I tried my best to overcome on my anger, now I started to get control on myself and whenever someone pin me to show anger I realized his intention and keep smiling.

Learning is part of the process that I have made to constantly improve myself. There is no end to learning and making changes to things that affects us personally. Learning will help you grow and improve on your personality in your work place or school.

I used to take alcohol.I decided to quit and exercise regularly,take breakfast and run daily.Loosing weight.cholestrol,improved sleep etc.I read best books stories to engage my mind.

Waking up and making a timetable of what I have to d all day. It really helps me organize what I have to do and how quickly I have to do it. and wen I have to do it.

I hve started doing meditation early morning. This really helps me to keep calm and positive throughout the day. I think this was my best decision.
