Moisturizer goes first, then primer. Moisturizer hydrates the skin while primer creates a smooth base for makeup. Let moisturizer sink in before applying primer.

*We have to use a primer first.

*It creates a smooth texture on the face and prevents wrinkles.

*It also avoids caking around spots or discoloration.

*The smooth surface will improve the makeup.

When it comes to applying makeup, it is generally recommended to apply moisturizer before primer. This is because moisturizer helps to hydrate and prep your skin, making it smoother and more even in texture. Additionally, moisturizer can help to create a barrier between your skin and the makeup, helping to prevent the makeup from clogging your pores or causing irritation.

Once your moisturizer has had a chance to absorb into your skin, you can then apply primer. Primer can help to create a smooth, even surface for your makeup to adhere to, and can also help to extend the wear time of your makeup.

So, the general order of application for makeup would be:

Cleanse and tone your skin

Apply moisturizer

Apply primer

Apply foundation and other makeup products as desired.

It's always advisable that you let your moisturizer fully absorb before applying primers , makeup or sunsreen . If your Moisturizer hasn't absorbed your premier may go on unevenly  , which defeat the purpose of applying one. It should only take few minutes for your moisturiser set.

It is typically advised to use moisturizer before primer in a skincare and cosmetics routine. While primer provides a smooth foundation for applying makeup and lengthens the wear of that makeup, moisturizer helps to moisturise and nourish the skin. To make sure that the skin is properly moisturized and prepared for makeup application, moisturizer should be used before primer. Prior to applying primer, it is crucial to give the moisturizer ample time to fully absorb into the skin. This will help to avoid product pilling or separation.

The truth is, you should always apply moisturizer before reaching for primer (seriously, always). As we mentioned above, the purpose of a moisturizer is to lock in moisture to keep dryness at bay. If you apply primer first, you run the risk of sporting dry, lackluster skin.

Moisturiser goes first before primer. Allow the moisturiser to fully absorb into the skin before applying primer to create a smooth base for makeup application.

Generally, it is best to apply moisturizer before primer. Applying moisturizer first helps to hydrate and nourish your skin, which will help your makeup to apply more smoothly. Additionally, applying primer on top of moisturizer helps to lock in hydration and create a smooth base for your makeup.

If you have oily skin, you may want to apply primer first in order to create a smooth surface for foundation and help control oil production. If you have combination skin, you may want to apply both primer and moisturizer.

The general rule is to apply moisturizer first and then primer. Moisturizer helps to hydrate and prepare the skin, while primer creates a smooth base for makeup application. However, if you are using a primer with moisturizing properties, you may be able to skip the moisturizer and use the primer as a hydrating base instead. It ultimately depends on your skin type and the specific products you are using.

The general order of application is moisturizer first, followed by primer. Here's why:

Moisturizer: Moisturizer is applied first to hydrate and nourish the skin. It helps create a smooth and hydrated base for makeup application. Allow the moisturizer a few minutes to absorb into the skin before moving on to the next step.

Primer: Primer is applied after moisturizer and serves as a preparatory step for makeup. It helps to smooth out the skin's texture, minimize the appearance of pores, and create a more even canvas for foundation or other makeup products. Primer can also help improve makeup longevity and adherence.

Moisturizer should be applied first because primers can make skin dry. Application of a pea drop amount of moisturizer all over the face and neck every day is recommended for a hydrated and glowing skin.

Moisture will go first.

It is more important than primer.

It hydrates our skin. Moisturization is necessary for our skin care. Primer is good for make up. So apply first moisturizer and then primer.
