1. Test out the mattress: Before you buy a mattress, it is important to test it out in a store or showroom to make sure it is comfortable and supportive. Spend at least 15 minutes lying on it in the position you normally sleep in.

2. Consider firmness: Different people prefer different levels of firmness when it comes to mattresses. Generally speaking, if you have back pain, it is best to choose a mattress that is medium-firm to firm.

3. Consider mattress type: There are several types of mattresses to choose from, including memory foam, latex, innerspring, hybrid, and adjustable air. It is important to consider which type of mattress is best for your specific needs.

4. Consider your sleeping position: Different sleeping positions require different levels of support. If you are a side sleeper, for example, you will want a softer mattress to provide cushioning for your hips and shoulders.

5. Consider your budget: Mattresses can range from very affordable to expensive. Determine how much you are willing to spend on a mattress and stick to your budget.8-)

I strongly believe that your quest for the best mattress is not limited by the amount of money you have in pocket but going all out to make sure there's reward for your money. If my assumption aligns with your expectations for your choice of mattress you want to buy, then my advise is apt for your situation.
To begin with, go online and make a painstaking research about the most cushioning and comforting bed mattress out there in the market that would help your back pain condition. Afterwards, you can then set out to the designated points where you can get it. But before doing so, please don't be deceived by how colourful the mattress is but rather be on a look out for the texture quality of it, and ensure it meets your taste. Another thing is don't be put off by the prize tag to the mattress. Oftentimes quality is determined by the prize tag of that thing you want to buy.

Today there are so many different types of mattresses on the market that it makes it a lot easier to chose one that will fit your needs. You'll also need to consider the warranty of the mattress, the firmness, and if this is recommended for people who suffer from back pains. The mattress is important and so is the box springs the mattress sites on. You should make sure that you test out the bed and before you buy one go online and do some research. See what other people are saying about this bed and see if they would recommend this bed to others or if they were disappointed that the bed did not live up to their expectations.

1. Consider your sleeping position: The first step to finding the right mattress is to consider your usual sleeping position. Side sleepers need more pressure relief than back sleepers, for example, while stomach sleepers need a firmer mattress.

2. Test it out: Get a feel for the mattress you’re considering by testing it out in the store. Lie down on it in your usual sleeping position for at least 10 minutes to get a sense of its comfort and support.

3. Consider your weight and size: Your body weight and size should be taken into consideration when selecting a mattress. Heavier people typically need a firmer mattress for support, while lighter people may prefer a softer mattress.

4. Look for features: Memory foam mattresses are great for pressure relief, while hybrid mattresses are a good choice for those looking for more support. There are also specialty mattresses available for those with back pain problems.

5. Read reviews: Reading reviews from customers who have purchased the mattress you’re considering can give you an idea of the mattress’s overall quality and comfort level.
