Drinking adequate amount of water keeps our digestive system healthy. Some unhealthy lifestyle, poor nutritious diet, food sensitivity causes poor digestion and irregulates the system to much extend.

Diet like-  fibre - based food and fluid - based food (fruits and vegetables) play the major roles in digestion.

The food that we eat should be excreted every day twice, so that no formation of gas occurs and if gas is trapped or not moving well, it will result in gas pain, constipation, food intolerance and other related problems.

Therefore, certain food like dairy products (which contains lactose), sugar or proteins like gluten in wheat and other products is always suggested for minimal consumption.
