How Did He Get Up There?

There is a massive room very high, empty with no objects, furniture, windows, or whatever comes into the room. In the middle of the room, there is a pool of water that is not big. If you look up at the ceiling, you will see a small rope hanging there. There is a man hanging by his neck who appears to have committed suicide. Under him is a pool of water. My question is, how did he get up there?

I think this man was murdered and hunged on the ceiling by some body to look like a suicide. He was hunged at night through the ceiling.
