Eating healthy has always been one of the best ways to lose weight.
When I was a kid my mom was 110kg and she started eating healthier and doing a bit of exercise each day she lost 40kg!
So you should probably stop eating cooking, candy, fries, pancakes and other delicious but unhealthy foods and start eating more fruit.
If you also do a bit of exercising each day that would also help (F.E. Bike or walk a bit, do soccer, basketball or any other sport)
Then you would probably lose some weigth.
