Ok, I respect your opinion. But for me, fairness is a case to case basis. I cannot imagine people need to wait for a long line just to pee. Based on my own experience, people are being doubled in number since they started this practice. Compare before, comfort rooms can easily be accessed, without needing to wait for long lines. We go to the comfort room primarily because of the urge to urinate, so why then need to sacrifice and hold on which seems not healthy. And of course, your right, in some cases, when you are waiting then somebody overtakes your place, you feel disgusting. And because of that, we are prone to miscommunication trouble as well. For me, it is more ideal if we just enter and choose the cube available inside, than to fall in line resulting in overcrowdedness in these facilities nowadays. And this should not be considered as a rule, it's as simple 123. We cannot just follow a rule which can be against what our body dictates. By the way, my question is pertaining, in particular, to the comfort rooms of Malls, which has bigger facilities, but not with an individual public or disposable facilities.
