With everything needing computers cash is not always with you. Some places you can use like tips for hair dressers, nail salons and restaurants. Or do you just use cards? Also from pandemic.
Yes, mostly cash. Those places that require debit cards (one butcher shop, two USPS branches, a pet shop, etc.) I no longer do business with...same for anyplace that has a mandatory proof of clotshot to enter sign on the door. My money will spend elsewhere.
Yes, carrying cash money is very important because sometimes incase of your phone may run out of the battery and you need to pay the pill at the moment.
we must carry cash, the reason why is what if there is a trouble with your cards? or you can't access the cards. We have the cash to pay our bills. always have a backup plan.
Yes I do carry cash, just for emergency. Sometimes the bank card can malfunction, and you have something to fall back to which is cash. But i do not carry much cash to avoid spending much.
It sounds old-fashioned way, but I still carry cash with me when paying for things outdoor. At some point, it is not possible to pay for raw goods in the public market through ATM cards, credit cards, etc. It is only possible to use them when being in malls.
Yes, I thought that I need only card, upi but during pandemic, I came to understand that we need to save money for future. Have to keep some money on hand for emergency need. Sometimes card and mobile upi will fails. Also to give some tip, for few shops they didnt have card machine or upi.so didn't depends on digital money to much.
That's quite a personal question, but yes I do just a little of it just in case.I mostly prefer storing it on mobile money so as to avoid loosing it and unessecary spending.
Most of the actvities here in Kenya can not be accessed without cash.Althought establishement of digital methods of payment ruling out cash has inreased, many people are still reluctant to emulate cashless generation
