How much weight can you lose through dry fasting?

more_vert
The amount of weight that a person can lose through dry fasting will depend on several factors, including their starting weight, age, gender, and activity level. However, it is important to note that any weight lost through dry fasting is likely to be temporary and will likely be regained once the individual starts eating and drinking normally again.

In doing the fast correctly and ensuring that it is aligning with your mind, body and soul–you can expect a good weight loss of anywhere between 2 to 6 kgs a month with excellent inch loss and increase in energy levels and brain function.

I didn't think fasting is good for health. It will create many health issues. Money loss occurs for operation. Fasting will not give any blessings.  Stupid religious concepts are kept by some ladies.

Dry fasting is not an effective weight loss strategy. While it may cause temporary weight loss due to water weight loss, it is not sustainable and does not lead to long-term weight loss.

To lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, it's important to focus on making healthy lifestyle choices, such as eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep

Dry fasting is a form of fasting where you abstain from both food and water for a period of time. It is important to note that dry fasting is not recommended for everyone, and should only be done under the supervision of a medical professional. The amount of weight that can be lost through dry fasting depends on several factors, such as the duration of the fast, the individual's metabolism, and their activity level. Generally, it is recommended to limit dry fasting to a few days at a time and to drink plenty of water afterwards.
