Live a healthy lifestyle in general. Eat properly balanced foods like fruit, and vegetables, more on fiber, drink plenty of fluids especially water during the day, take your vitamins, and do proper exercise or stretching if you can eat organic foods the better, and sleep eight to nine hours at night, avoid drinking and smoking. You can do some occasional drinking only, avoid stress, and always visit your doctor at least once a year for an annual check-up, live a happy peaceful life with your family and friends, watch the food you eat, avoid unhealthy foods, lessen your workload to avoid any injury and loved yourself to be able to do all these things.
