The PATH system runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can catch a train at any time on the weekends.
Service is different from the weekday schedule, however. On weekends, the Journal Square to 33rd Street line also stops at Hoboken, combining two weekday routes into one. The Newark to World Trade Center line operates on its own route. Trains do run less frequently, especially late at night and in the early morning hours.
