The UK minimum wage in 2023 has been increasing constantly. beginning from April ,2023 , the national living wage will consist of an hourly rate of $10.42

From April 2023 the minimum wage in the United Kingdom will 10.42 pounds per hour. This is further broken down to age, 21 to 22 years are eligible to 10.18 pounds per hour, 18 to 20 years will earn 7.49 per hour, while under 18 will earn 5.28 pounds per hour.

The minimum wage in the UK is currently £8.91 per hour for workers aged 25 and over, £8.36 per hour for workers aged 21-24, £6.56 per hour for workers aged 18-20, and £4.62 per hour for workers aged 16-17.

If you consider that people earning £2,500 to £3,000 gross per month (which equates to a gross salary of around £40K per annum) are thought to be getting a decent wage, then yes. Those earning a gross salary of £3,300 to £4,000 per month, are on a good salary by UK standards.
