If you are unable to deactivate an app with device admin privileges, it means that the app has been granted additional permissions and control over your device. In this case, you may need to take a few extra steps to remove the app:

Go to your device's "Settings" menu and select "Security."

Scroll down and select "Device administrators."

Find the app that you want to remove and tap on it.

Tap the "Deactivate" button, if available. If the button is grayed out or unavailable, proceed to step 5.

Go back to the "Settings" menu and select "Apps" or "Application manager."

Scroll down to the app you want to remove and tap on it.

Tap the "Uninstall" button.

If the app still cannot be uninstalled, you may need to boot your device into Safe Mode and try again. To do this, follow these steps:

Press and hold the power button until the power menu appears.

Tap and hold the "Power off" option until the "Reboot to safe mode" option appears.

Tap "OK" to confirm and your device will restart in Safe Mode.

Follow the steps above to try and uninstall the app again.

Once you have uninstalled the app, restart your device to exit Safe Mode.

If you are still having difficulty removing the app, you may need to contact the app developer or your device manufacturer for further assistance.

Open the "Settings" app on your Android device.

Scroll down and select "Security" or "Security & privacy" (the exact name may vary depending on your device).

Look for the "Device administrators," "Device admin apps," or a similar option. Tap on it.

You will see a list of apps that have device administrator privileges. Tap on the app you want to remove or deactivate.

On the app's information page, you should find an option to "Deactivate," "Disable admin," or "Remove device administrator." Tap on that option.

A confirmation prompt will appear, informing you about the consequences of deactivating the device administrator. Read the message and proceed with the deactivation if you still wish to do so.

Once deactivated, the app will no longer have the privileges of a device administrator.

Please note that the specific steps and options may vary slightly depending on the Android version and device manufacturer. If you're unable to find the exact options mentioned above, you can refer to your device's user manual or contact the device manufacturer's support for more
