Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. Jack fell down and bumped his crown and jill came tumbling after. That's how I remember it from when I was a kid anyways

In the nursery rhyme "Jack and Jill," Jack and Jill are going up the hill to fetch a pail of water.

"Jack and Jill" is a popular English nursery rhyme about two children, Jack and Jill, who go up a hill to fetch a pail of water. The rhyme is thought to date back to the 18th century and is often used to teach children about cooperation and teamwork. The rhyme also has a moral lesson about the consequences of not following instructions, as Jack falls down and breaks his crown when he fails to fetch the pail of water.
