Butch Cassidy was an American outlaw and leader of the Wild Bunch gang. He was famous for leading a series of daring robberies of banks, trains, and stagecoaches in the late 19th century. He and his gang were known for their skill in eluding the law and for their good-natured behavior towards their victims. Cassidy died in 1908, but his legend lives on in popular culture.
