I have an appointment at 11:00 am next week at the DMV in NJ. When should I reach there for better convenience and faster application process of my drivers license renewal?

Reach MVC by 10:45 for the appointment of 11 so that you can fill forms and be ready for the meeting. 15 minutes earlier is enough in the morning. Afternoon at least half an hour earlier than the appointment schedule is ideal.
