Rabbits reproduce sexually. A male rabbit, known as a buck, uses his penis to insert and deposit his sperm into the female rabbit's vagina while mating or copulating. The female rabbit, known as a doe, typically gives birth to several offspring at once, known as a litter. Rabbits have a short gestation period of around 28-35 days and can reproduce throughout the year.

Rabbits reproduce through sexual reproduction, with the female rabbit (doe) giving birth to a litter of baby rabbits (kits). Female rabbits can become pregnant as early as four months of age and have a gestation period of around 30 days. After giving birth, the doe will nurse and care for her kits until they are weaned at around 6-8 weeks of age. Rabbits are known for their prolific breeding, with some breeds capable of producing several litters per year.

Rabbits reproduce through sexual reproduction. Female rabbits, called does, mate with male rabbits, called bucks, resulting in fertilized eggs that develop internally before being birthed as helpless, blind kits.
