NOT asking for diagnosis, I've already got that. Just advice.

I have OCD so even though I've sat down with my consultant team (only one meeting so far, got more to go) I keep thinking if they missed something or holding back or whatever. 

it's a long shot but hey i might as well give it a go, i found out about this site and these thoughts have been niggling at me a lot so, why not ask. Sorry if this isn't appropriate or something i really apologise.
