The Mexican Revolution, a period of armed conflict in Mexico that lasted from 1910 to 1920, saw several different leaders rise to power during the course of the conflict. The most prominent figure during this time was probably Venustiano Carranza, who served as President of Mexico from 1917 until his assassination in 1920.

The President of Mexico during the Mexican Revolution was Porfirio Díaz. He came to power in 1876 and remained in office until 1911, when he was ousted by revolutionary forces led by Francisco Madero. During his time in office, Díaz implemented a series of modernizing reforms, but his government was also characterized by political repression and widespread corruption.
