I'm preparing to apply for apartment rentals in New Jersey and want to make sure I have all the necessary documentation ready. What documents are typically required by landlords or property management companies in the state?

It depends with the landlord,but some of the most requirements are:

    Photo Indetification to prove your identity

    Proof of income because Landlord want to atleast be sure you can afford the rent.
