JetBlue's missed flight policy is as follows:
If you don’t make it on time, you’ll lose all of your ticket value, including any additional ancillary items such as:
Even More® Space
Priority security
Additional checked bag fees
You’ll have to pay a fee for re-booking your flight on a different JetBlue flight. This fee will depend on your ticket type and availability.
JetBlue may also provide you with a travel credit that you can use for future travel on the airline. The credit will last for 12 months from the date on which you originally booked your flight.
Unfortunately, if you can’t re-book your flight, or don’t want to accept the travel credit, your ticket value will be forfeited.
Exceptional exceptions:
If your flight was cancelled due to an irregularity related to JetBlue (e.g., flight cancellation, delay, medical emergency, etc.)
If you miss your flight because of a medical emergency, extenuating circumstances, or other reasons, you can rebook on the next JetBlue flight available at a reduced rate.
