The food is not necessary to live. There are many people who lives by drinking water. Example some yoga gurus,fathers and religious persons. But air,water is necessary to live. The two food can be water and any food grain.

Haha how can we live without even having food ? We can't 'eat' water , and it doesn't have what it takes to fill our hunger

I would eat white pizza and drink wine.   For example, I work from home as a writer.  Such work is very sedentary.  I need to look after my health.  


White pizza is beyond healthy.  

Wine is on the Mediterranean food pyramid at 2 glasses a day.

Combine the 2 with some exercise and you have a happy healthy marriage!

fried chicken because it has been my comfort food ever since I was young, it is important that there is a comfort food for me to release my stress and frustrations. Life is full of ups and downs and we need to balance everything that we have access to.

If I ever got a chance to decide so, I will go with vegetable salad and fruit salad. This will give me enough vitamins, and nutrients which are good for my organs and skin. I guess this is actually the most healthy diet and one can easily survive depending upon them.

For starters I am a food junkie. I find it hard to pick two things because now I am thinking ofa lot of things, burgers, fries, ice cream, cake, desert, you name it. I definatly cant pick two things...even picking 10 would be hard

Ham and Medjool Dates. Smoked ham I have eaten regularly throughout my life, and still look forward to it every month. Medjool Dates satisfy my sweet craving, but are more healthy than most desserts.

I might eat rice and mixed vegetables which they call chop suey. Rice is good enough to be heavy on the tummy due to its carbohydrates. Chop suey is a mixed of vegetables with meat like chicken, and shrimp. These two are already good enough and I will love to eat them for my entire life.

It would be impossible to eat only two foods in your life, because there would be too many choices. You would would have to eat food that you enjoy, or food that is environmentally friendly or light.

If I could do something like this than I thing the two foods i would eat in my entire life would be rice and pulse the everyday food of India.  Rice is source of carbohydrates which is important essential of our food we need carbohydrates in our diet larger amount it gives us energy to do physical activities and pulse are protein source.
