To find happiness all the time it is impossible, you can find it for part of your life but not for the whole of your life.

to be happy you need to live comfortable, in peaceful life and away from any problems .

To find true happiness in life is to be with your family or loved ones. That you share and help one another with all the challenges that come. You loved yourself and others even with their flaws. You do appreciate and are thankful for everything that you have and God gave to you. Knowing that there are people who are always on your side most of the time even in your ups and downs in life.

I've always believed that happiness is a choice. It is only you who can truly know what can make you happy and how you can stay being happy.

There are generally two bodies of philosophical literature on "happiness," each corresponding to a different meaning of the concept. Some texts use "happiness" as an evaluative concept, roughly synonymous with well-being or prosperity. Another body of work uses the word as a purely descriptive psychological concept, similar to the terms "depression" or "tranquility. An important task of philosophy of happiness is to clarify what different authors are talking about in general: what are the central meanings of this concept and how are they interconnected? Although happiness in the sense of "well-being" also attracts much attention in the contemporary literature on well-being, it is still the psychological notion of happiness that is experiencing a resurgence as a central subject of philosophical research today.

Happiness is a subjective experience that can mean different things to different people. Generally, happiness entails feeling positive emotions such as joy, contentment, satisfaction, and fulfillment. It involves a sense of well-being, positivity, and inner peace.

Happiness is often associated with having positive experiences, such as spending time with loved ones, achieving goals, or engaging in activities that bring pleasure. It can also come from having a sense of purpose or meaning in life, feeling grateful for what one has, and being able to cope with life's challenges in a positive way.

However, happiness is not just about feeling good all the time. It also involves experiencing a range of emotions, including sadness, anger, and disappointment, but being able to manage them in a healthy way. True happiness is about having a sense of balance and resilience, where one can experience the ups and downs of life with equanimity.

Ultimately, happiness is a complex and multifaceted experience that varies from person to person. It can be influenced by factors such as genetics, personality, environment, and life circumstances, but it is also something that can be cultivated and developed through intentional practices such as mindfulness, gratitude, and social connection

Happiness has a lot to do with contentment. Dissatisfaction stirs up struggles and unhappiness. Happiness can be found through inwardly reflection and living life inline with the laws of nature. Riches sometimes don't make people fulfilled but  rather finding peace of mind is more golden.
