Are all the payments here are made between 5th & 7th of every month or immediately when you request for it?

I have reached my threshold and sent dozens of private messages to the Admin and couldn't get any payment.
P.S.- I use my PayPal regularly so it's legit and I've provided all my PayPal and Skrill account details even with a Skrill payment request link! What do I do here? I'm thinking of quitting this site if it doesn't payoff!?

The narrative of date 5-7 of every month is now outdated,once you meet minimum withdrawal threshold of 2000 points you can request for payment any date and time of month.

Outdated lol but still I believe that's what the website's policy is! I've sent request 5 times this month through private message to the admin sharing PayPal.me link or is there something I'm missing here !?
