No, it is not possible to send or receive money on PayPal without linking a bank account or card as PayPal uses the banking system to process payments. However, you can use funds already in your PayPal account to make purchases online without linking a bank account or card.

No, you cannot send or receive money on PayPal without linking a bank account or card. When you sign up for a PayPal account, you must link a bank account or card to verify your identity and to enable the transfer of funds. Once your account is verified, you can send and receive money through PayPal by using your linked bank account or card.

No, you can't but as long  as you have the bank account, you can set up a PayPal account and do transactions. It's helpful to understand how PayPal works and what your options are for sending and receiving money through their app.

, you can receive money on PayPal without linking a bank account or card. PayPal has a feature called "PayPal Cash" where you can receive money from other PayPal users directly into your PayPal account balance. You can use this money to make purchases or send payments to other PayPal users.

Yes, PayPal allows you to send and receive money. To send money, you will need to have the recipient's PayPal email address or mobile phone number. You can then enter the amount of money you want to send and click "Send." The recipient will receive a notification that they have received money from you.

To receive money, you will need to have a PayPal account and be logged in. When someone sends you money, you will receive a notification. You can then click "Accept" to add the money to your PayPal balance. You can also choose to have the money transferred to your bank account.

There are a few fees associated with sending and receiving money through PayPal. These fees vary depending on the country where you are sending or receiving the money. You can find more information about PayPal fees on the PayPal website.
