It will be very difficult to specifically pin point a particular country to own the deadliest atomic weapons; but, to some extent, the countries recognized as possessing deadliest atomic and nuclear weapons are The United States, Russian, France, China and the United Kingdom.

However, the possession of such weapons is indeed a threat to human existence, if not regulated.

The possession of nuclear weapons is a highly sensitive topic, and the exact details of each country's nuclear arsenal are often classified. However, it is well known that several countries possess nuclear weapons, including the United States, Russia, China, France, the United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, Israel, and North Korea.

Each of these countries has varying levels of nuclear capabilities and doctrines, and it is difficult to determine which country has the "world's deadliest" atomic weapons. It's important to note that the use of nuclear weapons is generally considered to be catastrophic and has the potential to cause significant harm to human life and the environment. Therefore, most countries with nuclear weapons have committed to disarmament and non-proliferation efforts through international treaties and agreements.

The United States is the only country that currently owns and possesses nuclear weapons. These weapons are extremely dangerous and have the potential to cause immense destruction if used. There is always a chance that nuclear weapons could be used in the future, but it is hoped that they will never be used again.

The possession and control of nuclear weapons is a matter of national security and governments do not typically disclose detailed information regarding their nuclear arsenals. However, as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the countries that are officially recognized as nuclear-weapon states by the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) are the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, and China. These countries are known to possess significant nuclear arsenals. It is important to note that the term "deadliest" can refer to various aspects, including the number of warheads, delivery systems, destructive power, and overall capabilities, and different countries may have varying levels of nuclear capabilities.
