The 1920 Olympics were held in Antwerp, Belgium and featured 29 sports and 156 events with over 2,600 athletes from 29 countries participating. The United States won the most medals with 95, followed by Sweden with 64 and Great Britain with 43. This was the first time that the Olympic Flag was raised and the Olympic Oath was taken by an athlete. The games were originally scheduled for 1916 but were cancelled due to World War I.
