Julius Caesar was famously involved with Cleopatra, who was the last pharaoh of ancient Egypt, not a queen of Rome. They met in 48 BC when Julius Caesar was in Egypt on a military campaign, and they became romantically involved. Their relationship lasted until Caesar's assassination in 44 BC.
