Deitca is not the name of a Pokémon. The names Cacnea and Lapras, however, are the names of Pokémon. Cacnea is a grass-type Pokémon introduced in the third generation, while Lapras is a water/ice-type Pokémon introduced in the first generation.

Deitca is not the name of any Pokémon. Cacnea and Lapras are both well known Pokémon. Cacnea is a Grass-type cactus Pokémon and Lapras is a Water/Ice-type Pokémon that resembles the Loch Ness Monster. It's important to note that there are hundreds of different Pokémon, each with their own unique names, types, and abilities.

Deitca is not recognized as a Pokémon name within the franchise. However, Cacnea and Lapras are valid Pokémon names. Cacnea is a grass-type Pokémon that was introduced in the third generation, whereas Lapras is a water/ice-type Pokémon that made its debut in the first generation.

Deitca, Cacnea or Lapras, both Cacnea a known Grass-type Pokemon and Lapras a Water and Ice type Pokemon are known Pokemon which means that Deitca isn't the name of a Pokemon at least as far as the English localized names for the franchise are concerned.
