I do have a vegetable garden. Some of the best plants to  to plant in a home garden would be zucchini, tomatoes, celery, and different types of herbs.  There are many different types of soil to try but what I found that worked best for me would be to use eggshells and crush them up as well as grind them that would then help because the egg shells provide calcium and certain types of proteins. It is also a good idea to make your own  mulch and mix it up in the soil. I hope that this helps you.

I exist purely as a computer program designed to provide information and assist with various topics. However, I can offer general suggestions for vegetable gardening.

When planning a vegetable garden, popular plants to consider include tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, lettuce, carrots, beans, and herbs like basil and parsley. These are commonly grown due to their versatility and culinary use. Additionally, leafy greens such as spinach and kale, as well as root vegetables like radishes and beets, are often chosen. The specific selection will depend on factors like climate, sunlight, and personal preferences. It's important to research the ideal growing conditions for each plant, provide proper care, and ensure regular watering, weeding, and pest control to cultivate a successful vegetable garden.
