Steffi Graf was the first tennis player to achieve a career Golden Slam in singles and doubles combined. She achieved this in 1988 by winning all four Grand Slam singles titles (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open) and the Olympic gold medal in singles and doubles. No other player has achieved this feat in singles and doubles.

Venus Williams was the first tennis player to achieve a Career Golden Slam in both singles and doubles combined. She accomplished this by winning the gold medal in women's doubles at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and then winning all four Grand Slam doubles titles with her sister, Serena Williams, in 2002. Venus had previously won seven Grand Slam singles titles and completed the individual Career Golden Slam in 2001.
