Albrecht II was the elected but never-crowned king of Germany.

Albrecht II was elected as King of Germany in 1438, but he was never crowned due to his sudden death a year later. He was a member of the Habsburg dynasty and was known for his military campaigns against the Ottoman Turks in Hungary. Albrecht's election as king was controversial, as it was opposed by many German princes who supported his rival, the Duke of Bavaria. Despite his short reign, Albrecht was able to secure the support of some key German princes and establish the Habsburgs as a powerful force in German politics.
