A match made in heaven, Sarso ka Saag and Makki di Roti is just the perfect example of a dish eaten daily in Punjabi households, particularly during winters. It a wholesome meal and generally consumed along with white butter or ghee, and jaggery. This provides the body with all the essential nutrients that it requires during the winters.
