There is no fast way to apply for any visa at all. This all depends on the country you are applying for and the rules of this country. It can take up to a year or longer just to get a residence visa that will allow you to live in this country for a year. You need to visit the consultant in your area and talk with a representative. Then you will have tons and tons of papers to fill out that are sent to the country of origin. They all need to be translated to the native language and the originals need to be sent with the translations.
