Each member of the site can earn money by answering questions on the site. Each question you answer must be 300 or more characters long. If you fail to write up an answer with at least this many characters, you'll receive a notification that your answer isn't posted and they require you to write a more detailed answer.

All answer must pertain to the question asked.

You can add a link in your answer, but you can't copy and paste information from another site online.

You will earn money when a person upvotes or likes your answer.

However, you don't earn money when you ask a question.

Currently, the site doesn't have a referral program so there are no referral links. You just go there and sign up and start working. However, I did ask about this and they said maybe, later on, they will start some sort of referral program, but for now, there isn't one
