No the point you earned you may vonvert it into dollar via PayPal or other account,

But not that you must be having 1000 point before withdrawal, because each 10 point = $0.01.

You can see the payment method when you tap on your profile on the right upper corner,tap on your points and you will be redirected where you can add your payment method, there are different payment methods like PayPal, binance, and UPI withdrawal for only indians.
