Well, exotic is a subjective adjective and so what I think is exotic might not be to you. Therefore, I'm just going to be listing some fruits that are high in Vitamin C. Papayas are rich in Vitamin C, along with antioxidants which can aid digestion. Bananas are also rich in Vitamin C, along with other vitamins and minerals such as Vitamins A, B, and potassium. They also include an amino acid that can improve your overall mood. Pineapples are dripping with Vitamin C and other enzymes that will help with your digestion - specifically, in digesting protein. Finally, jackfruits are rich in Vitamins A and C, along with potassium, magnesium, and calcium.

As a kid growing up,I used to take vitamin C tablet.I wasn't taking the tablets because of the health benefits.. I was taking them because I loved the taste.I wasn't the only who loved the taste of this sweet tablets.Almost all the kids loved it .We were ignorant of the perks..we were just licking away.

Vitamin C is essential for the body..it helps in the development and maintainance of scar tissues, blood vessels and cartilage. It also useful for creating dopamine, peptide hormones and thyrosines. It helps to lower cancer risk and lessen oxidative stress to the body.

Their are are tons of fruits with high vitamin C content..a whole plethora of them can be found online..

Almost everything has some vitamin C in it. It is so cheap that you might as well buy it in the three pound jug at amazon and just take as much as you think you should. There is no overdose. Then eat whatever exotic fruit you happen to like. I am very fond of prickly pear jelly.
