You need to have schedule. Don't let your activities dictate to you. Plan then. Set aside time for each activity - self, work, family,socials etc. Then have the disciples (very very very important) to stick to them.


Of course there may be time you will have to bend a little. You mustn't be rigid, but these times should be few and far between.

So it's summarized in two key words - planning and discipline.

Also, working a job you hate will make it harder to even seem there's a balance so you need to re-evaluate.
