1. To stay healthy physically, one thing you need to practice is taking healthy foods. Healthy foods come in many varieties and it is you who choose which kinds of healthy foods suits you. Work can sometimes be so stressful that you skip meals. It is not healthy because the body gets weak and you can't work effectively when you are weak. That is why there are a lot of healthy foods which do not need much preparation or no preparation at all, like a protein bar or sandwich. If you don't have time to prepare you can buy it and eat it when you are free.

2. Time management. To avoid stress plan more and avoid impulsiveness. Know how to use your time wisely base on your work lifestyle so you don't waste it. You can manage your time by setting up a planner or alarms which ever will fit you or be more effective. But always make sure to plan a period to relax physically and mentally
