Blood from various organs in the abdominal cavity enters the liver through the portal vein. And it leaves the heart through the suprahepatic vein. My question is, does the suprahepatic vein directly bring blood to the heart?

No, the suprahepatic vein does not directly connect to the heart and does not carry blood into the heart. The suprahepatic vein drains into the inferior vena cava, which then carries the blood to the right atrium of the heart. From there, the blood is pumped to the lungs for oxygenation and then returned to the heart to be circulated throughout the body.

No, blood from the liver does not directly enter the heart through the suprahepatic vein. Instead, blood from the liver returns to the heart via the hepatic veins, which drain into the inferior vena cava (IVC). The IVC then carries the deoxygenated blood from the lower body and the liver back to the right atrium of the heart. The suprahepatic vein is a term sometimes used to refer to the portion of the inferior vena cava that is located above the liver.
