I can give you some remedies . Here it is-

1. Raw potatoes- should be rubbed on face circular motion. This is effective in reducing the skin pigmentation and also facial mask.

2. Lemons- use either the juice or the pulp or slice into two,so that you can apply them on the face.it is useful in removing age spots or blemishes.

3. A mixture ot glycerin +rose water+ lime juice.apply in your face with . It reduce wrinkles and pigmentation.

How to fight wrinkles you said. Right? If you take my word, it is never a good idea to fight! One must rather learn to live amicably!! OK, coming to the point... nothing is really going to help it all. It is better to learn to age gracefully!
