I am not sure if you are a newbie. All I know when I read the site's FAQ, the newbie needs at least $5.00 to redeem the minimum payout in the Skrill account. Regardless, you can also see in your profile if you had reached the minimum payout. The 'earning' button will be changed into 'eligible.'

There is no minimum deposit amount per transaction. The maximum deposit amount, however, is 10,000 EUR per transaction (or any other monetary equivalent in another currency.)

Based on my experience when I opened my Skrill account, there was not any initial deposit, but you need money to make transaction so I guess the minimum amount for a transaction is 10 dollars, remember there is a transaction fee which goes to the company.

I guess it is also a good way to receive our payment here. I have not tried it but it is a good thing to have an option.
