What is Cyberbullying and forms?

I want to know about cyberbullying and ways to fight with it as I think one of my friend is suffering with it but I am not sure.

If I were your friend, he or she must unfriend the people who are bullying him or her virtually. Or, your friend can report them to the local authorities. It will surely punish these people for doing this bad act.
