Following are the steps you must follow -

1. First you have to find the opening tail or neck of the balloon.

2. Push the opening of the balloon onto the nozzle of the pump until it looks airtight.

3. Hold the balloon in place while you press the nozzle to pump the helium into balloon until the desired inflation level is achieved.

4. Foil balloons are inflated through self-sealing valves located in the balloon necks. When balloons are fully inflated, remove the helium inflation nozzle and the balloons will seal automatically.

5. Tie a ribbon just below the value and use a balloon weight to keep it from flying away.

Helium tanks cannot explode. The reason is because the cylinders are equipped with an approved burst disc. ... In case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as a fire, the cylinder will release gas in a controlled manner and will not explode. Therefore, a helium tank can be used and stored at home.

People open the canister, transfer the gas into a container (usually a balloon), then inhale from the balloon. Inhaling nitrous oxide directly from the canister is very dangerous because the gas is under such high pressure. It can cause a spasm of the throat muscle and stop a person breathing.

1) Fully open the green valve (A) by turning it counter- clockwise until it stops. 2) Slide balloon onto the black tilt nozzle (B). 3) Hold balloon tightly onto tilt nozzle (B) and push downward to release helium. Remove balloon and tie knot.
