Why is the earth round ?

I want to know what is the reason for the earth to be round ?

The earth is round because the force of gravity in all parts of the earth make the earth to form a spherical shape, which rotate on its axis and revolve round the sun everyday.

In a scientific way I think it's all about the movement of other planets to move  around the outside space because the world is so big so other planet's or forces has to rotate around the globe I used to think that the world is a square shape but now it's make sense
