If you are using IOS  15 or later tap on settings then go to >general> then Transfer or Reset(device)>then reset>then reset network settings

But if you are using IOS version 14 or earlier tap on settings> then go to General>then reset>then reset network settings.

Whenever I am not techy about my phone's features, I usually check YouTube to do fix the setting. If you want to do it virtually, this is a good option.

How to reset network settings on iPhone

Go to settings ,then general , then transfer, then reset, then reset network settings. This also reset wifi password and the cellular settings.
