It depends wheather those employees are important for you. And if yes, you have to choose which one. It is better to get rid of one of them and find new one. Othervise the cooperative work will not be productive.

Acknowledge the issue, meet with each team member individually, bring them together to find a resolution, establish clear expectations, and follow up to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

The role of an employee especially the human resource department includes conflict management within members of staff. It is a good idea to talk to people involved, you can give them a warning, or put them in a separate departments to see if that would help.

If I had two employees who constantly got each other's nerves, I would first try to understand the underlying causes of the tension. I would then work with the employees to develop strategies to manage their conflict in a constructive way. This could include setting ground rules, providing training on effective communication, and facilitating open dialogue. I would also make sure to provide regular feedback and support to ensure that the employees are able to work together effectively.
