Me, personally I don't feel that emotion at the beginning of each year. I feel the opposite instead, I am feeling hopeful, grateful and full of excitement, maybe because I feel like new year also gives me like a fresh start. Most of the people I know also feels the same way as I do. I haven't met one who is afraid and anxious at the beginning of the year. I guess, that is just normal if something negative happened in the past during the same season that triggers those kinds of emotions. I don't know, I can be wrong.

Thumbs up! So many people come into the new year feeling optimistic. But, there are others who come into the new year feeling apprehensive, due to events of the past.

Yeah, that is also happening to me every year, but in the month of June, it is because of the traumatic experience that I had in the past. It is still haunting me on the very same month each year.

I don't have fear at the beginning of every year. I always pray and have faith whatever day in the year that everything will go well. Believe in yourself that whatever you do it will be for the best.

Not totally I can say fear but curiosity is a better word in my feelings. I am curious on how am I gonna survive this coming year and what is going to happen with my entire life until the last day of this current year. I always wonder on what's going to happen next.

It all depends but some people usher in the new year with fears depending on the goals they have. Due to past events and failing to achieve some goals make some people afraid that the same might recur in the year. On my opinion its okay to have such fears but be self aware of them and find a consequential way to handle it. Be goal oriented and optimistic to turn any chance you get into an opportunity or success.

No, I don't have fears in every beginning of the year, fears, anxiety are just a tool of distraction, weakness, cowardness, I don't wish to start any beginning of the year in such state.

Many of us are feeling anxious and uncertain about the future. It's important to acknowledge and validate those feelings so that we can take steps to cop[e with them. Practising self-care, reaching out for support, and finding way to stay connected can be helpful in dealing with our fer4as and anxities.

I don't have fears at the beginning of each year but rather I do check and balances of my life. It is like taking stock of your company performances at the end of the year. This procedure will help you plan and strategize on what to change and work on.

It is normal to experience some feelings of fear or anxiety at the beginning of a new year. This can be due to uncertainty about the future, or because of unresolved issues from the past year. It is important to take time to reflect on your feelings, and to practice self-care. You can also talk to someone you trust, such as a friend or family member, to help you process your feelings and gain a better understanding of what is causing your anxiety.
