  2. Alchohol : This can make you feel relaxed, which is great for getting good night's sleep. The downside? Its also relaxed your throat muscles, which can lead to snoring.
  3. Sleep position : Sleeping on your back can cause your tongue and soft palate to collapse the back of your throat.
  4. Nasal issue : If you have a stuffy nose or nasal congestion, it can make it harder to breathe and increase the chances of snoring.
