Will you give second chance to your girlfriend to come back in your life?

We usually all get into relationship but after she left you alone and after some time she wants to come back then will you allow that girl in your life again ?

I will be able to let her back into my life if what happened to the both of us is worth forgiving and forgetting but if it is not worth so then probably I will not be able to do so.
